Explanations:
The first two hotels are located at the same location, next to the Grand Place
(that is, at the heart of the historical centre of Brussels). We shall arrange
bus transportation to the Conference place which can also be reached by metro
(just a few stops 15 mns on the metro + 5 mns walk). The first is a renovated
old-style Belgian hotel, charming and slightly more luxurious, while the IBIS
de Grand Place is part of a more modern hotel chain, but with high comparable
standards. The third hotel is the cheapest, located close to the Conference
place. However, it has only a limited number of places (20 places including
a few double and triple rooms). Its rooms will thus be priority allocated to
those who have problems in funding their participation in the Conference.
